The principles of Universal Design are incorporated in all stages of planning and implementation.

Universal Design aims to improve the quality of life of all citizens and recognises the necessity to embody sensitivity to all needs- safety, kindness, enjoyment, and pleasure.

Having successfully completed the Universal Accessibility Auditing programme with the University of Ulster, Ann is a registered Access Auditor. She advises companies on access design and carried out audits on existing facilities.

Access Audits provide for the continuing improvement of buildings and customers relations addressing the physical environments, facilities and customer services.
