We carried out a comprehensive review of the existing visitor experiences, the exhibition narrative, storylines, content, context and media, and the visitor engagement strategies. The plan included recommendations on upgrading of storyline strutures, interpretative media and activities, envisaged costs, programming and phasing of implementation. All recommendations were implemented to full effect.
