Heart Aflame, the Story of the Presentation Sisters

Spanning 250 years and the globe, the story of Nano Nagle and her congregation encompasses, social, political, economic and religious issues. The interpretative plan captures the multiplicity of connections between the past and the present, between different audiences and between Sisters within the Order. It also endeavours to connect the visitor with the spirit and charism of Nano Nagle.
Set in what was the garden stores at Mount St Anne's Killenard, Heart Aflame tells the stories of the Presentation Sisters from their foundation in Ireland to their global presence today. The narrative is vibrant and living, the tone of voice is personal and very much of the present.
The design is based on the bright colourful and very surprising insights into these ladies lives.
